The cultural influences that promote and sanction-gambling, lotteries, and other escapes of entertainment and pleasures. If it's accepted as an integral version of what the 'Homeland Society' could be, would it now be an extension of what we seek to separate from? Rather than 'blame the victims' or "the playas", let me make the point that the economic structure leaves gambling and the lotteries as the path-of-luck for the means of aspirational hopes . 

NOT being a direct economic instrument of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), but a random gratuitous factor of the derivatives of the society's excesses. Such activities indict the pedagogical and vocational processes that SHOULD produce the symbiotic and synergistic instruments of its societal well-being. The pedagogy and the supposed resulting vocations are producing disparities that inspire gambling and lotteries as the compensatory rewards equivalent for what the pedagogical and vocational venues aren't providing.

Unless the pedagogical and vocational societal instruments can provide a band of egalitarian paths for the material egalitarian dignity and esteem, then an institutional recourse for providing an egalitarian equivalent-basic floor income with supplements for societal valued activities outcomes-need to be the interventional surrogate for activities of chance that give random benefit to "the winners" or society,

We left off in 'Part 1' with "while the average Joele and J'Ne of Main Blvd Anytown, USA will have their relative version of destitution similar to what is scene in the gripping images in the news coming from Afghanistan.". 

We know quite well what Joele and J'Ne will do. They've been doing it for the PAST 30+ YEARS-making do on 'NOT ENOUGH'! I won't go into that minutiae that most of you lived or observed first handd, but do this treatise.

My thesis is we've seen the blue print, this game before. They exploit at the cheapest rate. Then cannibalize what's left and move on to other markets that are made available for the same exploitation and cannibalization. If you're not at the ground floor starting line, you get the left-overs. Black folk who endured slavery and the harshness of Jim Crow culture developed techniques on how to take those left-overs of the tangible and intangible and make something memorable to legendary. I'm sure that's how people who suffered under colonialism, neocolonialism, and present day autocrats and dictators did the same. As colonialism and Neo-colonialism existed in the same way that modern era free market capitalism,          Neo-liberalism and Neo-conservatism now operates.

Unless those seeking 'their piece of the [social] pie' are planning a different form of economics, then using the same mechanics of the exploiting culture, because it will be done for "our people" would 1) favoring just a larger exclusive set and most importantly 2) be furthering the cannibalization and extending the cannibalization psychology of 'getting mine' on a more intensive and expansive scale amongst those already at their financial, psychological, or both tenuous ends. 

Without innovation and an ingenious improvisation-the essence of jazz music's architecture-those attempts done with the 'good intentions' for "our people" will only be re-tilling the fallow economic and cultural groundd ravished not just by a culture but the toxic system adapted by convenience by that culture.

If you want to see what will happen when 'The Fed', the Federal Reserve Central Bank, ups interests rates and ends the near-zero cash give away to the Wall Street and financial markets-see the above image. As the image above and news reports have shown, once the US influx of billions of non-repayable, free money that flooded Afghanistan over the last 20 years ended, the economy which had been propped up by that influx of money imploded to its present destitute state.

Now in 2022, the domestic economy, as far as those enterprises that have benefited from the 1% or less interest rates that The Fed has been doling out, their operations and profits have been inflated from this relatively "free money" than from earned revenue. The reboot of the economy from the needed shut-down because of the pandemic has created inflationary demand and supply issues. Those issues will force The Fed to turn-off the money tap just like the Government turned off its money tap to the Afghan economy.

Politics will do its best that favored sectors of the economy and demographic groups needed for their political funding and votes are least affected, while the average Joele and J'Ne of Main Blvd Anytown, USA will have their relative version of destitution similar to what is scene in the gripping images in the news coming from Afghanistan.

The Hebrews

 I brought up Florida and Southern California as the true cultural 'Promised Land" for the Hebrews, cause if you notice the similarities, especially So. California, it (So. Cal) is on the westward-facing Pacific waters, similar to Israel on the Mediterranean. South Florida being in the equivalent warm climate as their religious progenitors.

More importantly, I want to talk about the controversial attitudes held of the Hebrews/Jews. As, I said in my tweet, the Jews amoralism of the way they do business is the practical reaction developed over the ages to being in cultures that conquered, disdained, and oppressed them. I see Hebrew thought on three levels: the Messianic redeemer level of the ultra-orthodox, the more secular-temporal level of the cultural 'Larry David' Hebrews/Jews and the agnostic level of the indifferent amoral business people who project a calculating numerical value derived  beliefs that are more amoral than their messianic-redeemer-Zionist brethren, and the culturally integrating 'Larry David' Jew who've accommodated themselves to their temporal niche in the family of religions.

This is an important point, because the amoral agnostics toward cultural affectations, I think, get their take on life from the post-Solomon-exiled Hebrews era of the Old Testament. They see life more as the Book of Job. Earthly beings can feign whatever status they want of this world but life is without redemption and only the lucky fortuity of circumstances from the diligently prepared mind (the zero-sum reductionist thoughts) provides those moments of earthly beneficence.

The (Ultra) Orthodox Hebrews I categorize with the latter Old Testament version of the Redeemer that still holds they are a 'chosen people' and that their redemption will facilitate their validation of that status.

What I call the 'Larry David' Temporal Hebrews/Jews are not as misanthropic as their amoral agnostic brethren are, but don't hold themselves as above or separate from other ethnicities. These are the (libertine-Hedonistic) Humanist of social causes and movements. 

The latter-two category are directly irrelevant to the 'Homeland' aspirations and culture. The former agnostics, because they have a more pragmatic, reductionist view of life without the vanities and mythologies of any culture beyond money and business-just the literal and figurative "brass tax" of life-make South Florida and So. California commercial intermediary contacts with other ethnicities and financial interests for gaining access  to markets familiar with their acumen as providing the cache for outsiders, such as 'Homelander's' political-economic representatives in establishing collaborators and partnerships for the development of our economy and martial sources for our special interest on their reductionist quid pro quo basis, than any artificial projection of cultural sentimental lines.
