IF TRUMP LOSES IN A TIDAL WAVE LANDSLIDE (as I anticipate):
Ironically, the RED STATES in a reaction to a progressively left-leaning Biden Administration
would take a clue from what Ct-NY-NJ established with each other during the pandemic.
OR the BLUE STATES with ‘free’ City-States in the event that the Biden Administration is
fecklessly moderate would form an associations of confederations. They’d each have their
regional ‘homeland security’- ’immigration/naturalization’ authorities along with special
commercial arrangements with foreign countries and separate entities.
The RED STATES will form for the status quo of historic, monolithic, Euro-Caucasian mythic
values, as the BLUE STATES would form for the cosmopolitan, non-racial, non-sectarian,
ecumenical pluralism.
More importantly, an assertively, left-leaning Biden Administration would move in a direction
that would seed a legacy for a future generation in which the vitality and the dignity of life
in its absolute, cross-species application would be the political purpose of not only the
domestic governance of the Federated Union, but the architecture of world governance based on:

These pillars of political governance would be based on an expanded version of
Trotsky’s ‘Permanent Revolution’. Wherever the dignity of the people, anywhere
in the world, is under an abusive repression and oppression of dictators, tyrants,
or other despots, then a ‘federations of states’, the replacement of the
United Nations, would have the authority to remove those abusers from power.
The sovereignty of former nations would be supplanted by the sovereignty of
the dignity of the individual collective of all beings in their right for an
unexploited existence. The dissolution of nations states to an international
association of regional congresses would remove the vertical hierarchies of
the privileged few to the egalitarian confederacy of the many. The standard
of empathetic predisposition would be the cultural ethos that would be the
architecture of union within the population of the regional congresses and
their interactions with other congresses. Empathy would be the visceral network
of cognitive communication among the population and in its ethics of
acculturation in informal and formal institutions.
One would literally feel themselves as the extensional appendage to others in
the network, so that in this futuristic society it would be the virtual omnipresent
organism.
